We have been having issues with Tessitura not delivering emails and texts for guests who are tracked through NScan. We have found that at times the notifications simply get turned off, as it was explained to me, does anyone have any suggestions or fixes to make sure this doesn't happen?
In a similar issue Tessitura is also not responding when staff members are closing a NScan CSI or "Mark a Message Read" on their scanners. The CSI is remaining open and each one has to be manually closed.
Are these two issues related? Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.
