Batch Error

Hello, 

Our Dev team are experiencing problems adjusting a pledge amount and they get the following error: 

Data in T_ACK_EXT is checked out by an another batch. No data moved to mirror tables.

We've had a look and it doesn't look like they are in any other batchs.

Any advice greatly appreciated.
