Rollover from Conversion

A couple of days ago, I did a rollover using the conversion process. We just noticed an issue with the set up (pmaps). I had no payments or anything like that so I assume I can cancel the seats with no problems.

Here is my question, Using the conversion process, I imported into tx_perf_seat into dummy performances in which I rolled from as the source season. Can I delete those rows in tx_perf_seat from the conversion, Add new rows to tx_perf_seat using the conversion process, Cancel seats in the bad rollover and re-roll into the packages?

Any advice would be grateful,

    These are the notes I have for doing this each year.

    1. Truncate table cx_perf_seat

    2. Import the excel into cx_perf_seat

    3. Uses conversion scripts/extra/upd_perf_seat

     

    Give it a try in test but it should work.

    Thanks for the response Chris, I was looking for that if I can delete from tx_perf_seat. I need to delete these rows so I can use the upd_perf_seat.
