Hi all,
Just a quick question...there is a Last updated field and a Last. Act. Dt. field at the bottom of a constituent's record. What is the difference between the two?
If I understand correctly, the last update date refers to changes to the t_customer record. While the last activity date field is updated when ticket orders and contributions are processed for the customer.
There may be other things that update last activity as well.

That's because the change to the address is a change to t_address, not to t_customer. Last Updated only reflects changes to t_customer.
