Hello. Does anyone currently use Plan priorities and if so, do they appear in the selectable priority column in the "My Portfolio" screen?
We've added three rows to TR_PLAN_PRIORITY (High, Medium, and Low and all in the default control group). The added options appear from the drop-down within a plan and the plan can be saved with any of them selected. They do not appear in the priority column -- or as options in the column filter -- in the "My Portfolio" screen, however.
Have we missed a step?
Thank you,
Luke
Hello Luke,
I can reproduce this and have added it as a regression defect.
Thanks,
Chris
Thank you, Chris!
Hi Luke,
We’ve been seeing (or not seeing, as the case may be) that as well.

Luke,
I just received notification from TN that it appears to be a bug and it has been escalated to the DEV team.

Hello, we just noticed this a year later. Was there ever a bug fix for this?
Doesn't appear to have been as of 12.1.2.40 unless I'm missing something. Maybe 12.5?
Hi Luke and Stuart,
According to the latest version of the Tessitura_v12_Release_Notes.doc document, this was resolved in v12.5. The ticket number is 4044 with a description of, “The Priority column in My Portfolio now correctly displays the plan priority.”

Hello,
This issue is a bit of a downer, but if you have room in the Custom Data pane, you can add a custom priority field containing your org's dropdown values. Since the priority and custom_X fields reside in t_plan, it's a simple thing to update your chosen custom field with the priority values already entered. The custom field's values will show in Portfolio. The only inconvenience is users will have to add in the Priority value in the Details pane since it's a required field.
