I'd love to hear from any organisations that have successfully integrated their POS system with Tessitura, especially if you also utilise this software to run a loyalty scheme or track member benefits. I've read lots of Forum posts but can't seem to identify anyone and I would like to know what impact this technology has had across all areas of your business.
