Seems like it's my day to be asking question about benevolent returns.
In our system we have around 30,000 records in T_BENEVOLENT_SEAT. Four of those tie to a sub line item with an sli_status that is not 13 (Returned in Benevolent Mode). I am not as worried about those as they are all old and not related to my current dilemma, just a curiosity.
However, there are also around 300 T_SUB_LINEITEM records with an sli_status of 13 that do NOT have a corresponding record in T_BENEVOLENT_SEAT and some of them are quite recent.
My question, is there a reason for this? Or is it a case of a record not being created appropriately in the database when the seat is returned in benevolent mode?
