We have started looking into Encore (Lead Management System) and D2T (Web Portal between Encore and Tessitura) from DCM for our Tele Sales Department. If anybody can share their experience about these products (Encore, Centerstage and D2T) that would be great. You can directly email me at mfaruqe@national.ballet.ca. We are mostly interested to hear about D2T, since it’s a new product and requires some customization by KlearSky :
1. How easy (or difficult) to setup D2T, overall experience?
2. How user friendly the (D2T) interface is, for day to day use by TeleSales people who are not particularly Tessitura savvy?
3. How is the overall performance?
4. Is there any ongoing maintenance issue?
5. Any privacy or security (PCI or non-PCI related) concern?
6. Is there a better alternative?
