Mass "GenSal" update from the backend

Good afternoon Tessiturians!

Our Consortium has come to the conclusion that we'd like to do away with the "Household" identifier across the boards and we were wondering if there was a way to effectively update the "GenSal" for the entire DB from the back end?

We've gone ahead and made some edits in TR_SALUTATION_FORMAT and this seems to have done the trick.  Now we just need to scrub the DB to affect this change across the board.

    There is a stored procedure called UP_REBUILD_SALUTATIONS which can be executed now and then as necessary.
