We are on MC70 scanners. The units are getting info from the servers but the laser has stopped working. We think there must be a specific order to install but when we followed the directions to the letter on the 70s the laser has quit. We have one MC75 and it is the only one that is working. The option to choose the successful scan tone has also become inaccessible on the 70s. We seem to be missing a piece.
