Hi all. For those of you using Tessitura via RDS RemoteApp, did you (or are you currently) experience problems with other windows popping up in front of Tessitura even while actively using Tessitura? We're experiencing that and I'm having a hard time figuring out why it's happening.
Don't have the same issue as you but since we upgraded to V12 we have more noticeable issues with how the RemoteApp is working.
Issues we are seeing are
If we go to another Application, clicking on Tessitura no longer foregrounds it, clicking again minimizes it and the third click on the task bar brings it back. This also prevents alt-tabbing to to correctly.
If we are looking at an Infomaker based report when moving off Tessitura, it disappears down to a little white strip just above the clock in the task bar. It doesn't show in Task manager under Applications, and is therefore also missing from the alt-tab windows.
Yo can also see when it is running report or certain other tasks that the icon in the task bar changes to standard windows remote app icon (not the Tessitura one) and occasionally seems to disappear off the task bar then reappear almost immediately but gives the sense looking at gh

We are experiencing the same thing since going to v12.
Regarding my specific issue, we're not seeing it on our RDS servers that were setup and in use with v10 and were then upgraded to v11 and then v12. We're seeing this issue on a new test RDS server that is starting out with hosting v12 of Tessitura via RemoteApp.

I'm hoping to do some testing with RemoteApp in the near future. I'll have to see if we run into this as well. Question: What server OS are you using? 2008 R2, 2012, or 2012 R2?
