I'm curious as to how many Tessitura clients are updating account records from address hygiene reports. We get quarterly reports from TRG of people who have moved and I've been asked to investigate how we could update these records. There are over 2000 records and instead of hiring a bunch of interns for data entry, I figured I would reach out to see if anyone else has a solution that has worked for them.
It appears that the TRG file would need to be tweaked before I could update using the NCOA utility.
Anyone have any advice or experience with this?
Hello,I'm currently trying to update NCOA addresses coming from TRG into Tessitura. The import data file asks for a Session Number in the first column. Is that the job number from the Hygiene Certification 2? Or does the session number lurk somewhere within Tessitura like the address numbers?Thank you,Jane Esterquest

The session number is generated when you do the NCOA export from Tessitura and is required when importing. I haven't looked into it enough to know if there is an export table somewhere that references this on a patron by patron level when you are doing the import, or if you simply just need to export a single record to be able to utilize that session ID. Never got that far when trying to work with the TRG data.
