I am looking for a way to compute the actual discount amount (variation from base price) while in a ticket order. Is it possible to create a trigger that would compute and display this information? Has anyone done something like this before?

We actually have this coded on our site for our Corporate members. Employees of Corporate member companies get fees waived and access to discounted prices. Part of the process online does a calculation and displays for the corporate employee how much money they are saving because their company is a Corporate member.
MadeMedia is our web developing company and they are the ones who coded all this for our site. I might be able to find out from them some of the technical details of how it works on the backend and with the API if you’d like.

The first priority for me is to get this working in the Tessitura client and then the API. I was hoping to create some type of local trigger at the lineitem/sub-lineitem level that could keep a running total of the discount.
