Membership Renewal Notices report is used by philanthropy team to send reminder notices to Patrons and Supporters whose membership expires for the philanthropy team to send renewal notices to them. At the moment it is giving very few patrons while the expected are more as per other report which is Membership details whose membership expires in April 2014.
Has anyone faced similar issue? If so what was the resolution?
I am checking code for this in ap_renewal_notice but there is no @update_flag='N" where I can go and find the sql behind the result set for this report and then debug the sql. Strangely the report was working fine until feb this year.
