If, for example, I have a superpackage that's normally 3 certain theaters, and one season, one of the theaters has no performances; but I want to maintain a record of subscribers' base seats in the "has no shows" facility during said season, would it work to just create the superpackage with a subpackage for the empty venue, but no perf-groups/perfs in said subpackage? So there would essentially be a base seat map for that venue for the season, but no perfs.
Or do I need to actually create dummy perfs in that facility, corresponding perf groups to put in the subpkg, and then just have box office delete the fake perf from the orders before printing?
Other suggestions best way to handle this?
The next time you rollover for that facility, you could just use the last sub package from that facility. So if you have packages for 09, skip 10, and then have packages again for 11 you would use the 09 packages as your source packages for the 11 packages. You would just need to make sure that you use a list with your rollover to filter out anyone who didn’t renew in 10. When you rollover super packages you use separate rollover sets for each sub package, so there is no problem using different source seasons for the different sub packages.
