Season Manager Availability Tab

I realized today that a different user group can only see Price Zone information when looking at Performance Information and does not see anything under Hold Code/Legend/Count on the right hand side of the screen. I've looked at all the documentation but the documentation doesn't specify what security object controls the tab so you have to go searching for security objects.  Does anyone know why only the left half of the screen is visible to this user group and how do I give them access to the right side?

  • Hi Michele,

I think I ran into this same issue a few weeks ago--the security object is "Tkt Calendar Availability Item". The tooltip/documentation isn't entirely accurate, since it does affect the Availability tab in Season Manager.

  • Thank you Nick! This solved my problem.
