Locked Seats SQL query

Hello all,  I want to execute tp_cleanup_connection query.  The Database No. is pkg_no = 0, perf_no = 3239, seat_no = 360738, locked_by = 240    Which number do I add to the query?

    You want  to use the "locked by" number.
