Default Doors Open and Close Times

With every show we build we have to manually adjust the Doors Open and Close times.  Currently it comes up as half an hour before performance time and then half an hour after.  We would like to change the default number of minutes for both and I was wondering where I would be able to do this (if I can do this)?
