I am adding some matinee to the current show and copied the floor plan in ticket set up. How ever I am struggling to get an over 60’s price type to work as it is telling me “the start date sale is greater then the end sales date”
I have tried changing the sale start and end dates ( start date in the past/end date just after show finish time) but it won’t save repeating the same message to me. Am I being blind or is there a special trick?
Any thought you have would be greatly appreciated!
It should also tell you in what line your start and end dates are off - it might not be the price type you are actually adding, but could be another one on the performance.
