Resource Management options?

Hello friends,

We're keen to find a better solution for budgeting in our Tech department. The key need is to better estimate the costs of our labor, based on the staff necessary and the particular union work rules that are in effect. We have some stagehands that may work under three separate contracts on the same day, so our proposed system would have to account for each.

Bonus points if there is also a timesheet/payroll function to decrease the crazy amounts of data entry that happens.

Anybody have something they're really happy with?

    We built our own timesheet and payroll system for stage hads, because we could not find a tool.

     

    We would be interested, if anyone has found an out of the box solution to the problems described below.
