Help System Error

Hi Jeff, it looks like you are missing the “www” in the web address for the help system.  Go into the TR_HELP_DOCUMENT table, find the Tessitura Help System entry, and check the Document Name column.  For v11 the value should be: http://www.tessituranetwork.com/Help_System/Default_CSH.htm

If it’s different, correct it.  After you make the change, you’ll need to relog into Tessitura before your help links will use the corrected document path.  If that doesn’t resolve the problem, you should open a help ticket for further assistance.

When we click on the Help System and select a standard Tessitura help document, we get the following error:

Could not find the document http://tessituranetwork.com/Help_System/Default_CSH.htm

This does not happen in our test system, only live. Additionally, we are able to connect to T-Classes via the help system, and can access that link in a web browser. I've tried to clear the cache and flushed dns on both my pc and on the Tess servers, to no avail. Anybody have any thoughts on this?
