Renewals online

Hi Ruth,

Are you using the actual membership functionality in Tessitura?  We at the Science Museum of Minnesota allow online renewals for most of our patrons, though most of our discounts aren't available online.  If it sounds like I'm on the right track for you, feel free to let me know if you have any further questions and I'm happy to discuss.

Does anyone out there undertake membership renewals online (not subscriptions)? If so, what's your business process?
