For a while, we have been using the summary at the end of the Order Export Utility to help provide a 'snapshot' of our ticketing data. I've never been one to trust the data in order export and now I'm creating lists from the utility and loading them into T-stats. Surprisingly, I'm getting completely different data, even if I do the export the day before, or on a show that has already closed out/taken place.
For example: Order Export Utility will say that there are 90 constituents who purchased tickets, but when I save this export to a list, only 80 rows are created, therefore, when I filter a T-Stats report by this list, I only see 80 constituents as well.
Does that mean that order export takes an actual snapshot of orders and the other 10 people missing were probably merged accounts? Anyone else run into this?
