There is a Tessitura Web Deployment to Users document posted in the Installation section TN.com Documentation & Help System.  It describes how the Tessitura Web Application can be installed inside your network and accessed by web browser.  This might be a useful way to train your staff prior to deploying external access.

The Sandbox Tessitura Web Application external url is https://sandbox-app1.tessituranetworkdev.com/tessituraweb .  I do not believe the Client user accounts are connected to constituent accounts which means you will not have access to My Portfolio in the web application but can access Reports, Client Search, and Plans of constituents.
