Updates to T_CUST_SUBSCRIPTION_SUMMARY

Hello all -

we're rolling into a new facility during a reconstruction project.  The rollover went pretty flawlessly (thanks Dale!) however, since the house we rolled into is considerably smaller, we had to move a bunch of seats around.  In some cases, we needed to completely delete the item they rolled into and resell it in a different order altogether.  I THOUGHT this would throw off the T_CUST_SUBSCRIPTION_SUMMARY table - which we use to pull custom invoicing data.

However today I cannot find any discrepancies between the subscription summary table and the orders table.  Is this table updated on a regular basis?  I had thought it was only populated during a rollover and that it's data was then static.  If it's updated, then my work here is done, but I'd like to be sure before moving on to the next phase of generating custom invoices.  Anyone know the answer to this?

  • It’s not just rollovers that update it, as you could be a new subscriber and as soon as your new order is saved it will populate the subscription summary.  So you should be good.

  • Thanks Kevin!  Invoice data should be as snip-snap.
