T_DOCUMENT or T_CUST_DOC: what goes where?

Hi Chris,

My understanding is that the FILESTREAM docs are only used in Plans at the moment. No change was made to the Research documents from what we’ve observed.

We've upgraded our Test environment to v12.0.1, and I was curious to add a first Filestream doc to our database. I added a file via Research -> Documents and it was added to T_CUST_DOC as usual.

So, I wonder: what goes in T_DOCUMENT, and what goes in T_CUST_DOC? Is there a list?
