Changing source group after extraction

Hi All,

We are new to T-stats and are trying to report on our renewal rate.  I know that I can do this using the Package Appeals source group measure.  But in looking at our data, I realize we haven't been very consistent with our source groups.  My question to you is: if we change the source groups now (after extraction/promotion) will it fix past mistakes?

If not, is there another way to go about this?

Many Thanks,

Kanani

  • I believe that it will. The source group information isn’t kept in the promotion, so if you change it in the source under the Appeals screen, that should take care of it.
