We recently upgraded to Tessitura version 9.0 and now for some reason - one of our consortium users is having an issue on there website where the API is completely unable to access any information from Tessitura.
Other website for different organizations in the consortium are working correctly and I am able to log in to Tessitura as their web user and successfully sell a ticket.Has this happened to anyone else?
We are having the same problem. I was thinking that maybe our site doesn't support ASP v. 3.5. We have old code now but are in the process of re-writing the site. I have the same conundrum - I can't update the live system until the web site is recoded as it won't work as it is with 3.5.
I dont think you should have to upgrade your website code to 3.5 - the API upgrade requirement to 3.5 is in regards to the API server - the web service itself should still function backwards compatible with 2.0 or 3.0 web code.
So, the server hosting your website can still function just fine using 2.0 or greater framework versions. It is just the API server that runs the compiled web service code that requires 3.5 framework.
