Version 9.0 Website Problem

We recently upgraded to Tessitura version 9.0 and now for some reason - one of our consortium users is having an issue on there website where the API is completely unable to access any information from Tessitura.

Other website for different organizations in the consortium are working correctly and I am able to log in to Tessitura as their web user and successfully sell a ticket.

Has this happened to anyone else?

  • Yes it has…we have the same issue in our consortium setup and I have a support ticket in with Tessitura on this.  No solution or explanation as of yet.  This is in my Test environment right now, I can’t upgrade to Live until this is resolved.  I’m starting to get desperate for a resolution as we are trying to go live online with single tickets for all of our resident companies.

  • Where do you stand with the issue?  Our users didn't test their website so this is an issue in LIVE for them.  After a lenthy conference all with Tessitura and being able to reserve tickets through the asmx page, it seems to be a web vendor issue but the jury is still out. 

  • I know that some are having an issue with GetProductionDetail not returning WebContent, is it possible that they are the only ones using this field?
