Hello all,
Does anyone know if it's possible to allow users to access the Tessitura client without logging in, but having their Tessitura credentials be associated with their Windows network account?
We have some internal staff that are less likely to capture their customer interactions in Tess because of the password barrier.
Thanks all!
Nicholas
Hi Nicholas,
Unfortunately, there isn't a way to do this that I'm aware of. SSO and integration with directories, like Active Directory, is one of the top items on my wish list. It would be beneficial not only for improving staff experience, but also for security and overall manageability.
Thanks,David
