We are looking to implement something similar to the Surprise & Delight program shared in the Innovator Series and at the 2013 TLCC. To do so, we will need to use our NScan system to send text/email alerts to our team. Does anyone have some instructions of how you have set this up in your organization that you'd be willing to share?
Penny, Chapter 7 – N-Scan Email Notifications - of N-Scan documentation talks about the set-up. We found at least one shortcoming for Sprint customers as their email-to-text address was longer than the length of the entry field.
