We are having some trouble getting the Constituent Profile report to pull ticket history. I add it as one of the sections, but it always comes back with "No data for this section." Is there something I need to do in the system tables to get it to work? It pulls all the other sections just fine. Any information would be much appreciated!

I’m having the same problem I traced it back to T_TCK_HIST table has no data. This table feeds two views the final view report uses is LV_TKT_HIST_REPORT to pull data. It might be a support question.
