We have (finally) started using N-Scan notifications. Per network advice, we have set up a SQL job to send texts/emails when key customers come in. While I love the notifications, I don't like the idea of having the job check for/send notifications running every minute or so when there is nothing to scan. It just seems like unnecessary overhead. Like everybody else, we have performances at varying times on varying days. Sometimes we have a 7PM Friday concert, sometimes it's at 8, sometimes we don't have a concert on Friday evening.
