We know we can attach documents (Word, PDF, etc.) to constituent records. Can other types of files be attached? A high donor just left a voicemail with a verbal pledge. Our phone system sends voicemail to email, so we’ve got that voicemail as an mp3 and we’d love to be able to attach it to the donor’s constituent record. Is this possible?

You can attach any type of file, but you can’t always open them again later. We recommend only attaching Office files and PDFs. Windows Vista and 7 in particular are known to have issues opening other file types.

it has been a while but when I was at Alabama Shakespeare Festival we were able to attach audio files.
