Problem with TranScend setup, credit cards forefully rejected

I'm in the middle of upgrading to TranScend and am apparently having a problem with setting up the ini file. I added the TranScend copy to the file and now all cards in the test system are being forcefully rejected. Here is the text I have below, can anyone see what I did wrong?
