We're in the process of moving to TSYS/Bank of America, however nobody we've talked to at TSYS seems to know about Transcend and cannot provide the necessary URLs and account information required for the merchant setup. Does anyone on TSYS have a contact at TSYS they would be willing to share with us to help us get this information to our account manager?
