I am working with Tess support on this, but just thought that I would ask the forums too. I am setting up a special access area for the first time. I have created a record for it in LTR_NSCAN_ACCESS_AREAS. I took the area code from that record and entered it into the Access Area for the profile of the scanner that I am using. I have updated the profile of the scanner. When I scan a ticket I get "Access Area not found". Has anyone else run into this problem? What am I missing? Thanks for any help.
