Hello,
I need to provide a new to file analysis - did these customers purchases tickets and if so from which performance series, did they donate, did they return after their first purchase and if so how soon, did they opt out or become subscribers? I need to look for both trends and detail for specific customers. Tessitura recommended using T-Stats but this will not work for account by account detail. I'm new to T-Stats and I'm uncertain of how to get to these "new to file" customers using T-Stats for trend analysis. Additionally, I'm not sure of the best way to get at these new to file customers in general and then provide detail at the account level. I did use the New Record Summary report in Data Management to obtain a list of new records year over year, which lists the constituent and the source such subscription purchase, donation, general interest, etc. However, I need to obtain more data for this new to file list in order to answer the questions I listed above. I appreciate any suggestions you have.
Thank you,
Shereen
I forgot to mention that we're the primary organization for a consortium. As a result, I used a list of all constituents for our organization when I ran the New Record Summary report and I'll need to consider the consortium for any reporting or analysis I run.
I think I've found a solution. I imported the constituent numbers from the New Record Summary report into a list and I'm creating output sets to pull the additional data needed for each constituent.
Hello Shereen,I was wondering how successful you found your solution to be. I'm currently developing some best practices for audience analysis and would be looking for similar criteria for mapping trends. Did you find the import/output sets to be too messy or complicated? It seems like a bunch of excel sheets and file moving to get the information you want.Thank you,Jane Esterquest
