Our marketing department would like to send out confirmations to all of our subscribers. The regular confirmation letter contains most of the information we are looking for except for one big piece. They would like to include the names of each performance with dates, times and seating information for each. (We sell fixed, flex and super-packages).
We are looking for a shared report or an easy way to gather this information to excel so we can merge into a word document. We would like to send this out at the beginning of June.
Thanks
Margaret
Hi Margaret,
We’ve actually created a custom stored procedure that enhances the SP powering the out-of-the-box “Package Order Listing” Report ([RP_PKG_ORDER_REPORT]) in Tessitura. It is rather specifically tailored to our subscriptions and we focus primarily on seat locations -- we don’t pull performance dates and times, though that information should be available -- but it would at least give you a point from which to start.
Shoot me an email and I’ll happily share the script with you.
Best,
DGomez

Can I get a copy of this as well?
I've been wanting to do this since I got here. I don't know where the script goes once I get it though.
Thanks.
Adria
Hi Adria --
I'll connect with you under separate cover -- we're happy to share with anyone who might have a need for this kind of script. And we'd love to know if anyone is able to improve upon or extend this kind of functionality.
In regards to using the script -- in its current form, it is a back-end stored procedure that your IT team should be able to install and run for you. It uses the same parameters as Tessitura's own Ticketing Subscription > Package Order Listing report, though you'll need help finding the correct IDs and values for the parameters, as this script does not have an InfoMaker Report front-end at this time.
