Hello all,
Our organization likes to print out color versions of the seat maps on a weekly basis, so as to visually see how tickets are selling for a given performance.
The only way we can see to accomplish this is to:
1 Go to Season Manager
2 Select Show Date
3 Select Seat Map
4 Select individual section
5 Print Screen shot in color
However, when you have 7 seating sections, and 4 weeks of performances, this takes a VERY LONG TIME! Basically, I want to print out the entire theatre on one page, instead of sections.
Anyone have ideas about how to more quickly and easily accomplish this?

If you are using SSRS reports, you might be able to customize his seat map report to do what you are looking for. It's from one of the presentations last year at the TLCC conference.

We implemented a version of it ourselves which has been FABULOUS, and is currently one of our orgs most favorite reports available online via v11 Web Reports. Color printable from anywhere!
