Hi there,
I was hoping someone could help me with an output set problem. Does anyone know how to add the content of notes to an output set- I’ve found Note Type and Note Created Date but these don’t give me the info or actual content in a report.
I'm guessing you need to manually add it as an additional output set field, but have no idea how to do that!
Thanks for your help!
Andrea
Hi, Andrea:
Here’s what I have in our Tessitura system:
In System Tables:
TR_QUERY_ELEMENT_PARAMETER
Id = [automatic next valuereplace # with the id of the query element parameter above
Control Group = [select appropriate value for your organization]
Single Row = [unchecked]
There’s a great query elements cookbook that you’ll find references to by searching the tessituranetwork.com site.

Hi Andrea
The Cookbook with the best way of getting out Research Notes is the updated one for v11
http://www.tessituranetwork.com/network/Learning/Webinars%20Archive/IT/Intro%20to%20Output%20Set%20Builder%20for%20v11%20T-Cast.aspx
It uses an a Tessitura Function called FS_GET_CUST_NOTES so should work in both v10 and v11.
Cheers
Sandra
