I know this is a long shot, but thought it was worth trying.
I was a previous user of Ticketmaster's Archtics platform and would love to be able to use the Seats-Sold report within Tessitura.
Are there any other former Archtics users out there that have build out the Seats-Sold report in Tessitura?
If not, I'm willing to discuss banding together to have one built if anyone else is interested.
Thanks!
David
Are you looking for sales by seat or every seat and the status of that seat? Sorry, just trying to remember what it looks like.
You can also pull a Single Sale Order Listing into Excel and then it has different pieces that show up.
If you have an old copy of Seats-Sold Report e-mail it to me. J

Not really. The closest thing that I can find in Tessitura is the Order Export Utility. Plenty of selection options, but still limiting on all the options I’d like, plus lacks the ability to adjust the display options properly.

I can’t remember what that report looks like. In the Seats Cube in T-Stats you can pull up the seating in a performance to see if it is sold or not.
In Tessitura there is also the seat book. You can also find a lot in Order Search by changing to a single perf code.
Do any of those work for you?
Nicole
