Does any one have a report that shows daily sales and/or number of orders processed by operator?

    Hi Cynthia,

    I'm not aware of any canned reports but when I worked in the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust consortium we had a custom report called "Group Order Listing".  This report allowed me to pull based on seasons, events, etc and define a specific solicitor or multiple solicitors.  It had very flexible criteria.  It was perfect to track sales placed by our telemarketer and determine commission payments.  I also used it when we had specific holiday promotions where staff was given incentives to promote products. I would recommend reaching out to someone in the Pittsburgh Consortium!

    Cynthia,

    We have an Hourly Sales report which shows time of day, user, number of seats and number of transactions.  The criteria uses Performance start and end dates, Sales start and end dates and season is optional.  I have attached an example of what it looks like.

    We run a report through T- Stats that allows us to look at orders, price type use and membership sales, by “solicitor” (our ‘ticket rep”). I’ll actually be talking about it at the Conference in August.
