I'm hoping someone can help - I'm looking for a report that will show how many people bought tickets after being sent a direct mail and what their spend was. I have the constituents in a list in List Manager that were sent the Direct Mail however I need to get a report of anyone purchasing for a particular show (which may be a week run) and then filter it by that list. Is there a report that can do this or another way of doing it?

Hi Nicola,T-Stats would be the best way to do this but a bit of a work around is to use the Single Sale Order Listing report and export the results to Excel.You can specify the order date parameters that you are looking at (eg. DM lodgement + 2 weeks) and it can be run against a list.Unfortunately, the output will return perf code rather than perf name but you could easily add a lookup column in Excel. You can then pivot this data to return count of customers, number of seats sold and value.Hope this helps!Adriana
