I'm hoping someone can help - I'm looking for a report that will show how many people bought tickets after being sent a direct mail and what their spend was. I have the constituents in a list in List Manager that were sent the Direct Mail however I need to get a report of anyone purchasing for a particular show (which may be a week run) and then filter it by that list. Is there a report that can do this or another way of doing it?

Good question. I don't think there are any canned reports to show sales bookings on a particular list. If your list is 10,000 or less it can be pulled into T-Stats using the List Based Filter. We do this with all of our small (less than 10K) mailings to track the sales performance. T-Stats 3.0 in v11 will allow lists larger than 10K.

We don't currently have access to T-Stats so at the moment this isn't an option but hopefully once we go onto V11 we will have access to it. I was hoping to find a simple report to do this but there might not be one out there at the moment!
