Monitoring Box Office Employees Performance

Hi

We are monitoring Box Office employees performance (individually) over a certain period of time, by season, as part of a reward scheme that we run. I was wondering if anyone else operates a sceme like this - either as a reward\incentive scheme or as part of staff development review. I am looking for a report which lists by operator the amount (£) of tickets (orders paid only) sold, between given dates over a given period of time? Does anyone a report like this that they would be willing to share ?

Thanks

Dawn

  • Hi Dawn

We don't offer a reward scheme but we do have a report that will track this information that we use when analysis staff costs. It shows hourly sales but this would be easy to amend for your needs. It is already shared, solution 251 on TASK.

Let me know if you have any queries about the report.

  • Hi Dawn,

We have a report that runs by order date (range), MOS (selectable) and in Summary/Detail mode that can be used to monitor Performance.

In Summary mode it groups by the MOS and then shows the user name, total orders and total tickets booked.

In Detail mode it groups by MOS and then shows the user name, total orders and total tickets overall and then gives you the detail of order numbers, times channels used and number of tickets per order booked.

We used this primarily during the Proms booking period to monitor staff performance when processing booking forms. It has since been modified further to give points for the type of form processed the number of tickets processed etc. so that the Box Office Managers are able to award prizes for the people processing the most forms correctly during this frenetic period.

    Hi Caryl

Yes - this is the way we monitor for our staff development. It looks good.
