Outside charge report

Hi,

I have been asked to write a report which shows outside charges (fees) for each performance. I can see that fees applied are stored in the T_sli_fee table but fees can be order based or lineitem based or sublineitem based. Is it possible to calculate total fees applied for each performance seperatly.
