Data Entry Standards Document

Hello All

The Royal Winnipeg Ballet is in the process of going live with the Tessitura Software, and am wondering if anyone has a Data Entry Standards Document that we could get ideas from with creating new Customer Records.  We have a training session with Becci yesterday, and she told me that if I post here that maybe someone could help us out, instead of trying to re-invent that wheel.

    We have a standard document that outlines what people should and shouldn’t do, when creating a new constituent.

     

    We are a consortium, so there are stricter guidelines around data entry, but we’re happy to share what we can with you, if that would be of assistance?

    I noticed that several other people have asked you to share your data standards document, could you email it to me also? We are a consortium in the implementation stage with Tessitura and I would love to see how others have dealt with this. My email address is nchavez@lensic.org.
