Is anyone using Tessa to generate your House Management/ Front of House reports? We are looking to develop one but want to know what others are doing and if you will share your experiences with us. We are less concerned with scheduling of ushers and are more interested in the reporting with performance information included. Any ideas?

I wrote a report for our front of house team. It has a table of each show on at the venue for the day with sales figures. Then for each performance it details any CSI's, group bookings, wheelchair positions and any constituents at the venue for audio description, captioning or signed performances.

Your report sounds like exactly what we need here at The Public for our Front of House team, we are extremely behind still trying to migrate to V11, and our Tess. IT team is swamped. Our current reporting deals with paper trails, Outlook appointments, and so many more asinine archaic check offs that more than not the information gets lost. In the end we are so backed up with migration no one has time figure out a way to improve this process. Anyway you would be willing to share your report with us?

I would like to look at rewriting the report in SSRS. At the moment its an InfoMaker report thats pretty clunky as it uses a number of views to pull the data together.
Ill try and take a look at this over the next couple of weeks to see if the report can be improved and streamlined ready for you to take a look at it.
