The stock package exchange report only shows results for fixed seat packages. Has anyone modified it to also show flex packages or does anyone have a suggestion on how one might modify the existing report to do this?

Looks liek I found the answer. Around line 70 in the Stored Procedure is a Delete statement that removes all non-fixed seat packages. COmmenting this out seems to have done the trick.
